General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. General Information

I reserve the right to refuse any order without having to provide a reason.
The prices listed are for reference only and may vary depending on the complexity of the project.

2. Order

All orders must be accompanied by sufficient visual references (drawings, concept art, sketches, mood boards, etc.).
A quote is provided before the project begins. Any significant requests added after the quote has been approved may result in additional costs.
The order is considered accepted only after the quote has been confirmed and payment (or a deposit, if applicable) has been received.

3. Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods indicated at the time of ordering.

There are two options:

  • 100% payment before work begins.

  • Or a 50% deposit before the project begins, followed by the remaining 50% before the final files are delivered.

No final files will be delivered until full payment has been received.

4. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of the order and my workload.
The turnaround times provided are estimates and not a guarantee.
In the event of a significant delay, the client will be notified as soon as possible.

5. Revisions

Drafts (“Work In Progress”) will be sent to the client at various stages.
Any significant changes requested after a stage has been approved (changes to the design, proportions, new outfit, etc.) may be subject to an additional charge.
Once the commission is complete and approved, no free revisions will be made, unless the issue is due to an error or defect on my part.

6. Delivery

The files delivered are those specified in the quote (for example: FBX, Blend, Substance, textures, renders, etc.).

7. Terms of Use

Personal Use

Unless otherwise stated, all commissions are intended for personal use only.

The client may:

  • use the artwork for personal purposes;

  • publish images or videos of the artwork, crediting me

The client may not:

  • resell the artwork;

  • redistribute the files;

  • claim to be the creator of the artwork;

  • remove my signature if it appears on the final deliverables.

Commercial Use

Any commercial use (video games, advertising, products for sale, streaming with a commercial avatar, 3D printing intended for sale, NFTs, merchandising, etc.) must be negotiated prior to placing an order.
A commercial license will be subject to additional fees.
Without a written commercial license, no professional or for-profit use is permitted.

8. Intellectual Property

I retain all copyrights to the designs I create.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, I reserve the right to:

  • post the commissioned work on my social media accounts;

  • add it to my portfolio;

  • use it for promotional purposes.

If the client wishes to keep the commission confidential, this must be specified before the project begins and may incur an additional fee.

9. Refunds

If I cancel the order before work begins, the client will receive a full refund.

If work has already begun:

  • A partial refund may be issued based on the project’s progress;

  • Hours already worked remain due.

No refunds will be issued after the final files have been delivered.

10. Cancellation

The customer may cancel the order before work begins.
Once work has begun, the deposit will be retained to cover the time already spent.

11. Rejected Content

I reserve the right to reject certain topics, including:

  • hateful or discriminatory content;

  • illegal content;

  • any request that goes against my values.

12. Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Unless I have given prior written authorization, it is strictly prohibited to use all or part of the works, 3D models, textures, renderings, concepts, or any other content I create as part of a commission to:

  • train, develop, or improve any artificial intelligence model whatsoever;

  • create a dataset intended for training artificial intelligence;

  • generate derivative works using an artificial intelligence system by directly exploiting my creations;

  • redistribute, publish, or make my creations available on a platform intended for training or operating artificial intelligence models.

This prohibition applies to any artificial intelligence technology, current or future, whether public, private, commercial, or experimental.
Any use of my creations for these purposes without my written authorization constitutes a violation of my copyright and of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

13. Acceptance

By placing an order, you unconditionally accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
